CFO/Fractional COO | CEO Edge
Presenter bio
Shannon Sheridan is an award winning CFO, Enrolled Agent licensed by the Department of Treasury, and the founder of CEO Edge, a financial advisory and coaching firm built for business owners who are tired of running blind. She holds a Master’s Degree in Accountancy and brings nearly 30 years of experience in accounting and tax, having helped thousands of clients navigate growth, profitability, and complex financial decisions.
Shannon began her career in taxation in 1998 then in 2000 with the accounting department of an architectural firm and quickly became known for her ability to translate numbers into strategy. Over the years, she worked with national financial institutions, accounting firms, and construction companies before opening her own practice in 2010. Through this work, she has seen firsthand what it is like for her clients to serve as the Chief Everything Officer, juggling operations, people, cash flow, and compliance without clear financial visibility. That experience shapes how she advises today, with a focus on clarity, structure, and systems that support profitable growth.
Shannon is on a mission to help business owners reclaim their time, protect their margins, and gain true freedom by knowing the numbers that matter most. Her approach is practical and direct, helping leaders make smarter decisions, save money, and build businesses that work for them instead of the other way around.
Through her company, CEO Edge, she offers free coaching courses and strategy calls, along with services for one-on-one advisory, a DIY CFO playbook course, and ongoing weekly group coaching to support owners at every stage of growth.
