Soft Skills for the Project Management Team
Managing a construction project requires several types of skills, not just technical, but other skills, especially soft skills. This includes the skills to communicate, manage time and priorities tasks, lead, motivate, negotiate, build and manage teams, resolve conflicts, and manage changes (to people and systems). This seminar gives some tips on these skills with a glimpse of emotional intelligence, which is one of the main components of success in the world of business. Many experts suggest that emotional intelligence is more important than IQ (or "book smart") for success in life.
Target audience: All building and construction professionals
