Michael has more than 25 years of broad Human Resources experience across multiple industries, coupled with a decade serving as a Law Enforcement Officer. He has extensive experience in leading all HR functions for extremely large companies and very small fast-growing entrepreneurial companies. Prior to co-founding Tactical HR LLC, Michael performed various leadership roles with Qwest Communications, specializing in EEOC investigations and all things HR. In 2014, Michael accepted the position as the head of Human Resources for Unite Private Networks and was instrumental in growing the company financially and increasing the employee base from less than 60 employees to well over 300 employees in less than 8 years.
