Nicholas Epps is the Founder and CEO of Seraphim Consulting, a nationally recognized digital marketing and business consulting firm dedicated to helping small businesses generate predictable growth through strategic marketing, lead generation, and business development. With more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, leadership, and executive management, Nicholas has helped organizations of all sizes improve performance, increase revenue, and develop scalable growth strategies. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions where he built high-performing teams, implemented innovative sales and marketing initiatives, and consistently delivered measurable business results. At the age of 40, Nicholas retired after a successful corporate career. After spending three years in retirement, he felt called to return to the business world with a new mission: helping small business owners compete against larger companies by giving them access to proven marketing strategies and technologies that were once available only to enterprise organizations. That calling led to the creation of Seraphim Consulting. Under Nicholas's leadership, Seraphim Consulting has earned national recognition for its commitment to innovation, client success, and ethical business practices.
