Ann McNeill is the President of MCO Construction and Services Inc., MCO Consulting, Inc., Constructively Speaking, Inc., and Founder of the National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC) and the International Mastermind Association.
Ann began MCO Construction in 1983 as a trailblazer for Blacks and women in the industry. Since then, MCO has grown into a first-rate company with five offices in Florida and Georgia and over 30 employees. Several projects of note include:
MIA South Terminal Expansion Program, Miami Intermodal Center, Port Miami Terminal V, Philip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, Miami Dade Children’s Courthouse, and the Marlins Ball Park to name a few.
Ann is a highly sought after speaker, life coach, and business strategist. Ann is warmly known as the "Master Builder," where she excels in "Building Master Lives."
