Gallagher, P.E., F.ASCE is Principal of Resolution Management Consultants, Inc., headquartered in Marlton, N.J., with offices throughout the U.S. Gallagher’s company is a nationally recognized consulting firm specializing in construction management, forensic construction investigation and expert witness support. Mr. Gallagher also currently serves on the
AGC-NASFA Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Taskforce, the
AGC-NASFA Liaison Group Committee, is Chairman of the Transportation & Development Institute’s (T&DI) Highway Construction Committee and a Member of T&DI’s Infrastructure Systems Committee; and a Member of the Committee on Contract Law for the Transportation Research Board (TRB). Gallagher is a graduate of Drexel University with a degree in civil engineering.
