Candice P. Haley is a Dallas native and an attorney at The Cromeens Law Firm, where she focuses on construction law with an emphasis on contract drafting, contract review, and demand letter advocacy. Candice leads the firm’s Contracts and Demand Letter Department, where she works closely with contractors, subcontractors, and business owners to help them navigate the legal and financial risks that can arise in the construction industry. She is passionate about helping clients protect their businesses through strong, well-drafted agreements and strategic legal communication when disputes arise. Candice brings an extensive background in real estate and contracts to her practice, allowing her to approach construction matters with both practical insight and a deep understanding of the contractual frameworks that drive successful projects. She finds great satisfaction in helping clients structure clear agreements, resolve conflicts, and move their businesses forward with confidence. Candice earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University and later obtained her Juris Doctor from the esteemed Southern University Law Center. She remains deeply connected to her community and her personal interests. Candice is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, and spending quality time with her loved ones. She is also a devoted dog mom to her adorable Morkie, Tyson, whose personality keeps life joyful and balanced outside the office.
