Joe has been in the roofing industry for close to 40 years. He is from Florida where he worked as Vice President of Roofing by Tim Ford for 20 years and the past 20 years he has runs his own roofing company, Roofing by Joe, LLC in Hendersonville NC. He specializes in residential re-roofs and repairs. There is not a roof type that Joe is not well-versed including, shingles, metal, slate and even thatched roofs. He has an outstanding reputation in the community and works with Habitat for Humanity and Henderson County Housing Assistance and has worked on numerous historical roofs in Saint Augustine, FL and in NC. Joe is GAF certified and has been certified in the past with CertainTeed and has held an asbestos certification.
Three years ago, he and his wife Lori added roof rejuvenation into their portfolio of offerings to their clients. During that time, they have been working to increase the public's knowledge of rejuvenation by educating various Homeowners Associations, Condominium Associations, Churches and homeowners.
